Dearest Ashely ,remembering you with love and thinking of Simon,Sophia, and all the family ,sending a short poem: "Hold on Tight ": And if I just hold on tight , Will the fair wind take me , To where the Sun does shine so bright , There be no more talk of dark days , Only Sunshine Days of light , If I just hold on hold on Tight.

Ashley was a lovely colleague at Windlesham before the birth of Sophia and subsequently moved to France . I have such fond memories of our teaching rooms opposite each other and hearing her wonderful pure voice . We used to chat about family and she would speak about her dreams for her future in France with the excitement of welcoming her new baby and building a life with Simon, not forgetting her donkey called Zookie ...I also managed to find a cuddly donkey toy and local knitted booties for her daughter and she was very happy to be embarking on this new chapter in her life. I will add a poem to conclude, sending so much love to Simon ,Sophia and all the family. Remembering you ,dearest Ashley xx

On St Valentines day we were laying on shingle at Calshot beach looking at the sea and talking about Ashley, Sophia and Simon. We were reminiscing about Ashley's talent, drive, humour, toughness and overall quality and how it matched Simon's. Ashley will be missed by many but she left her mark on more. We, and many others will always remember her with love.
